RAMMED EARTH PLATE is a kind of plate with texture similar to rammed earth wall, the main components are clay, sand, stone, and these materials are mixed together according to a certain proportion to form an aggregate similar to concrete, the aggregate will be poured into the mold, curing and demolding process, thus forming rammed earth plate.
The difference between rammed earth slabs and raw rammed earth lies in the fact that raw earth is not as stable, does not resist bending, and therefore breaks easily and has poor seismic performance; whereas, rammed earth slabs have lime and cement concrete added to the raw earth, which not only retains the original visual effect of rammed earth, but also strengthens its performance as a building material, thus replacing the traditional rammed earth material.

Construction process:
The installation of rammed earth board is very convenient, mainly divided into straight rows of nails and structural adhesive installation, the building of the external wall using the form of dry hanging, landscape wall using dry hanging or mounted form.
a. Glue form

b,Dry hanging form
