1. The sample is available?
Yes, the sample is very welcomed and without charge, customers only need to bear the freight which will be returned when you place FCL order.

The sample will be delivered by DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc

The professional QC will inspect and check the quality before loading, and we are responsible for any damage and lost before the goods loading to the container.

6. When can you deliver the goods?
If the stock available, we can deliver goods within 7days. If no stock, that would be 20-25days after receiving the deposit.
7.How about your payment terms?
Our payment terms are by T/T,30% of the total amount as deposit,70% balance by T/T or L/C before shipment.
8. Can you accept OEM and ODM?
