01. Payment terms?
Normally 30% advance payment, and the balance have to paid against documents.
L/C, Paypal, Western Union are acceptable.
02. How to get a sample?
A sample will be provided in the condition that:
Sample requests less than 200*200mm can be sent for the quality tests in free of charge.
The sample delivery cost will be at the buyer's account.
03. When to start production?
Right after our bank confirms the arrival of the L/C or the advance payment.
04. Delivery Leadtime
Leadtime is around 2-3 weeks per container.
05. Packaging
Packing in export standard quality wooden crates hardboard carton boxes or pallets based on request.
06. Guarantee & Claim?
Replacement or repair will be done when any manufacturing defect found in production or packaging.
